This is a quarterly newsletter, which gives you information on local and national topics that will help keep you up to date on the current news and developments within mental health services. Dates for your Diary
Aims to give you information on our current programme of information and education sessions to help you develop further in your role as carers. Dates for your Diary also aims to give you a list of potential breaks you may take with other carers through the Carers in Mind Project.
Through Dates for your Diary we also aim to keep you updated on the programme of Friends and Families Skills Workshops run at Queen Mary’s University Hospital by SWLStG’s nurse consultant Catherine Gamble, please contact Kim for further information.
The Carers Library is a collection of books, DVDs and videos on a wide range of mental health problems and caring. It is available to registered Carers who can borrow any of the resources.

Through a regular Drop in on the first and third Friday of the month from 11am-1pm there is an opportunity to speak to the project coordinator without an appointment on any issues or concerns. The project coordinator will be more than happy to give you any information you may need, you may also take this opportunity to access the Carers Library or to get information from the Internet.
We have additional leaflets on a range of topics (please see the Further Reading page (Link)), we can help you find additional information if you want to know about something specific not listed on our website, please contact us for more details.
