Making an Appointment
All sessions are by appointment only. In order to make an appointment please call Rozen Rauf the Counselling Service Officer, on 07592 416638, e-mail counselling@rbmind.org or submit your request online by simply filling in the short form below.
Information Requested Upon Referral
During your initial referral you will be asked to provide us with some basic information including your address and telephone number, and why you are seeking counselling at RB Mind.
All information will be held confidentially, following data-protection guidelines and policies. More information about RB Mind's data-protection policy here.
Applying for Counselling Online
Please fill in the below form if you are interested in counselling at RB Mind. The form once submitted will be received by the Counselling and Clinical Lead in a secure and confidential manner.
Once the information has been processed you will be contacted in order for your initial assessment to be booked.
