RB Mind offers Peer Volunteer Training enabling people who experience mental health problems to run groups within a safe environment. The groups aim to improve your wellbeing and the wellbeing of others who experience mental health problems.
The training covers topics including Boundaries, Self Care, Dealing with Conflict, Assertiveness and Equality & Diversity. The training is seven days and will take place on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday’s from 20th November to 4th December 2013. The training will be held in Richmond, (venue to be confirmed).
