Richmond Borough Mind’s Carers in Mind team are having their annual conference, Looking for Solutions Together! on Friday 12 June, 12-3.30pm at The New Pavilion, Dancer Road, Richmond, TW9 4LB.
During the first half of the day Diane Bell from Cobic will present the new mental health outcomes framework developed for Richmond following consultation with local mental health carers and others this year. She will outline the next steps of the new process for commissioning local mental health services and there will be an opportunity to ask her questions.
After lunch we will break into discussion groups identifying the most important aspects of our local mental health carers model that carers have helped to develop. This will be submitted to the National Mental Health Taskforce as examples of good practice. This will be followed by a Question & Answer session with local commissioners and service providers who will respond to questions about our local carer and mental health services.
Please RSVP by Wednesday, 10 June and please submit any questions you have for the panel by 2pm on Friday, 12 June – local carers will select which questions are put to the panel. Call: 020 8940 7384, text: 07801 200 450 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
