RB Mind's Trustee, Russell Goodenough, is competing in the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 challenge which takes place on Sunday 31st July. The ride celebrates the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and starts at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park then follows a route through the capital and into the Surrey countryside before finishing back in London at the Mall. The route takes cyclists past some of the most famous landmarks in London and through the stunning Surrey countryside, including the world famous zig-zig ascent of Box Hill - no easy feat!
Russell has chosen to raise money for National Mind and Richmond Borough Mind. If you would like to sponsor him please visit http://goo.gl/CjsNAA.
Russell previously ran the London Marathon for RB Mind in 2015. He finished with a great time then and we wish him the same success for this challenge - good luck Russell!
