Access information on local services in Richmond
The annual Time to Talk Day is taking place on Thursday, 2 February and Richmond Borough Mind is once again joining the conversation. We will be holding a Tea and Chat afternoon at our RB Mind Centre, 32 Hampton Road, Twickenham, from 2.30pm-4.30pm. This is an opportunity to meet our staff and find out about our services. Information leaflets and self-help books will be available. So drop in for some tea and cake and a chat!
This year’s theme is focusing on how positive conversations about mental health change lives and we are urging people to start up a conversation on the day, whatever the hour.
We will also be holding an event on the day at the Mind shop at 386 Richmond Road in East Twickenham, which will feature an exhibition of artwork from our Peer Group Network.
If you would like to join the campaign and organise an event of your own you will find more information here: www.time-to-change.org.uk/timetotalkday.
