Today is World Mental Health Day. This year's theme is mental health in the workplace and our staff have shared their thoughts on what this means to them on our Facebook page here.
You can also find lots of useful information about looking after your mental health at work on our website here.
We are also holding a stall at St Mary’s University to celebrate this special day.
World Mental Health Day is a chance for everyone concerned with mental health issues to talk about what more needs to be done to make mental health care a reality for people worldwide.
