RB Mind will be joining the national conversation on Time to Talk Day on Thursday, 1 February. We are holding three events on the day to encourage everyone to put a few minutes aside to talk about mental health and wellbeing.
We will be holding a stall at Richmond upon Thames College, Egerton Road, TW2 7SJ with information about our services for staff and students from 11am-2pm.
We will have a one-hour event at Richmond Reference Library, Old Town Hall, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond TW9 1TP from 2.15-3.15pm after our Mind Readers peer group. It will be an opportunity for anyone to pop in for a chat about our services or just to talk about wellbeing in general.
Our Wellbeing Centre team will also be holding a special Time to Talk event at their new home at 32 Hampton Road, Twickenham, TW2 5QR from 2- 4pm.
If you would like to run your own event on Time to Talk Day you can find resources to help you here.
