Access information on local services in Richmond
The course is a structured over six weeks and includes a free follow-up
session at a date to be arranged.
Each meeting looks at a different aspect of anxiety and the coping skills
needed to manage symptoms.
Group members are then encouraged to practice different strategies between sessions.
The group will aim to provide a supportive atmosphere where shared
experiences play a major part in the therapeutic process.
