The groups can be about anything that would improve your wellbeing and the wellbeing of other people who experience mental health problems.
The training includes Boundaries, Self Care, Dealing with Conflict First aid, Assertiveness and Equality & Diversity. The training will take place in Richmond (venue to be confirmed), two days a week over 5 weeks.
Our next training course starts in February 2013. If you would like more information or to book a place on the course please contact Claire Blackburn, Peer Volunteer Officer on 07827 491 325 or via firstname.lastname@example.org.
