To Colleagues / Friends and Supporters of Richmond Borough Mind
Richmond Borough Mind since January of this year has been undertaking a Mental Health Heritage Project conserving and celebrating 50 years of Mental Health within Richmond, this project was a first for the borough and a first for RB Mind.
The culmination of the project is the launch of an exhibition which is taking place over varied locations in the borough up till the end of this calender year. More information about the diversity of venues etc can be found here
RB Mind would like to invite all those interested to the formal launch this upcoming Saturday, we will be hosting the Mayor who will be cutting a ribbon followed by a few short speeches and some light refreshments. The launch activity will only last around an hour, and will start at 10am at Marble Hill House this Saturday.
The exhibition will be based at Marble Hill house every weekend throughout the month of November, hence the opportunities to visit are varied.
RB Mind would this opportunity to thank all those that were involved, there are too many to name but this project would have not have been possible without the dedication of many volunteers, service users, participants who have entrusted us with their stories and staff from RB Mind - in particular the fantastic work done by Helen Robinson. So this is also a tribute to them, their stories and their hard work.
If you would like more information about the launch on Saturday or any other aspects about the exhibition contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 020 8772 5687
