RB Mind’s Peer Group Network would like to start a new Sports group. The aim is to use sport and physical activity to promote mental wellbeing, help aid recovery, improve physical health and encourage social inclusion.

Richmond Borough Mind is holding its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 12th November, 6.15-8.30pm, in Duke Street Church in central Richmond. The event will include a presentation from Lindsay Chapman, a Senior Research Scientist and Prospect union rep with the National Physics Laboratory on her involvement in Wellbeing at work.
