Well Being Centre - Mind 'n' Mortlake Overview

Wellbeing Centre - Mind in Mortlake is a service that provides mental health service users with an opportunity to meet and socialise in a welcoming and relaxed environment. Our friendly team assists service users to identify their needs, aspirations and goals with a view of supporting them in the community.

Activities and events vary, from music appreciation, personal care workshops, assertiveness training, creative writing and one-to-one support. We now also offer personal development activities that take place every Wednesday.

Wellbeing Centre - Mind in Mortlake has been described by our service users as a place of “great escape” and where they can “carry on laughing”. The aim behind the social, educational and recreational activities is to assist those with a lack of support, low self-esteem and confidence, and helping them in making steps towards their goals.
