Dean Brown
Dean Brown is Chair of the Fundraising and Marketing Committee at RB Mind. Professionally, Dean was a co-founder of the software company Performa, and is currently working as a Director for Ernst & Young.
Louise Erhardt
Louise studied Economics before training as a Chartered Accountant. Her professional training covered a number of charitable trusts based both in the UK and beyond. After graduating, Louise has moved into the entertainment industry where she has a role in financial reporting for Sony Music and works in areas such as compliance and improving the control environment.
Janet Kingston
Janet Kingston is a member of the Personnel Committee at RB Mind and is one of the founders of the Vineyard Project. Janet retired in 2007 as a Psychiatric Social Worker in Richmond for over 30 years. Janet is a director of a property company and currently is a trustee of Richmond Parish Lands Charity and The Integrated Neurological Services.
Penny Lee
Penny Lee is the Chair of RB Mind and a former civil servant in Department of Health and, later, the Home Office, where she headed the former Voluntary Services Unit and then the branch concerned with race relations. Since retiring has been involved with a variety of voluntary bodies and was for 4 years a Richmond councillor, ending as cabinet member for social services. With RB Mind since 2002; Chair since 2003, and on our main committees.
Cheryl Ould
Cheryl Ould is the Charity’s honorary Secretary and a former Richmond Council officer concerned with planning policy and, later, housing policy, where she worked, among other things on homelessness and the housing needs of people with mental health problems.
Adam Park
Adam Park is the Vice Chair and has been with RB Mind since 2006. He has worked in financial services in the US, UK and Asia, and is now working with the National Enterprise Academy. Having come to England to complete an MBA, he is now settled here with a wife and two kids. Adam has experience as a Carer and is also Link Member for the Carers' Project.
Noëlle Poole
Noëlle Poole is RB Mind's Volunteer Co-ordinator whilst also being an RB Mind Trustee, and is also a member of the RB Mind's Personnel Sub-Committee and RB Mind's Centre 32's Sub-Committee. In addition, she is the Linked Trustee for both Ham Friends and Centre 32.
A former Secondary School teacher, Noëlle has been involved with mental health for many years, working at Wandsworth Mind and as a Trustee and Volunteer Co-ordinator for Richmond Borough Mind.
Zoe Reed
Zoe Reed is an Executive Director of South London and Maudsley NHS Trust, where her role includes relations with the voluntary sector and lead responsibility for equality and diversity. She is also Acting Chair of Time Banks UK, the national body founded to spread and support the concept of Time Banking .
Jenniyfer Espie
Jennyfer Espie is our Honorary Treasurer and a retired management accountant. Her experience has included Management Accountant at The Parkinson’s Disease Society. Prior to that she was Management Accountant with Dowell Schlumberger Statistics. Since retiring she has served as treasurer for several voluntary organisations.
George Chamberlin
George Chamberlain is the Director of Sales at Image Source Ltd, a worldwide creator and distributor of stock photography to the creative industries and is a Queen’s Award for International Trade winner. Graduated from Cambridge University 2000 and is currently completing an Executive MBA at ESCP Europe.
Aled Morris
Aled Morris is the owner and managing director of Harris Hill Limited a consultancy that specialises in recruiting for the Charity sector. Aled has been running national and international recruitment businesses for 15 years. Previously he worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers for 10 years in various capacities where he qualified as a chartered accountant. He is also the Vice Chair of The Friends of Barnes Hospital and a Trustee of ASCA, the Addiction Support and Care Agency.
