Service User Involvement Leads
John Russell (RB Mind Service Manager)

RB Mind is dedicated to meaningful engagement with service users and carers. As part of this commitment we hold a service users forum, You in Mind.

Your Involvement – You in Mind

You in Mind is your opportunity to get involved with RB Mind services. February will see the start of our Open Day Project, a chance for service users to learn about each of our services. First up is the Carers project, including the Acute Carers Recovery project. This will take place on 20 February, 12:30pm-2pm, at Richmond Library Annex, Quadrant Road, TW9 1QL.

Join John, Clare and Agnes to learn about what our Carers project offers. Tea and coffee will be provided. This event is open to everyone!

We will also soon be launching the Associates programme. As an associate of your RB Mind Service, you’ll be able to represent your service and learn about new changes before they happen as well as give your comments and thoughts.

To learn more about the associates programme, or anything else in the You In Mind programme, please email

Ways to get involved
If you are interested in getting involved or want to learn more about RB Mind's activities please attend our new Forum, You in Mind, where service users and their representatives come together with RB Mind Staff and Trustees to explore some of the issues the organisation is dealing with and listen to feedback from users of our services. The Forum is open to any service user who uses RB Mind services and wishes to attend.
