You will be employed by Richmond Borough Mind which runs the Step 2 element of the Richmond Wellbeing Service (RWS), led by East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT). We are an established Low Intensity IAPT service with an excellent reputation, scoring highly in the London recovery figures. With the whole service growing, you will be joining at an exciting time,.
You will provide effective shared leadership and management to the Step 2 IAPT team with your Senior PWP colleague to ensure RB Mind meets contractual targets. You will have strong administrative skills and ensure accurate reporting, monitoring and evaluation. You will liaise with members of the RB Mind and RWS senior management teams to highlight any performance issues, risks and successes.
