This month’s Mindful Memo, Our Palette of Emotions, is ready to download. With the run up to our first curated art exhibition, this month we’ve not only been looking at the artist’s palette but also our emotional palette. In this issue we explore how to identify and manage mixed feelings.
Our Journey Recovery Hubs will be offering a blended service from the second week of September. The blended service will provide two days of face-to-face support in Richmond and one day in Kingston. For the rest of the week we will still be supporting clients remotely. Bearing new safety requirements in mind, we will be introducing a booking system and a screening process, to ensure the safety of our visitors. On top of the remote support delivered over the phone, we will also be running online groups. You can find all the latest information on our Journey Recovery Hubs here.
