FREE Mindfullness Walk @ Kew Gardens on 24th September

Richmond Borough Mind have teamed up with UK Active and Kew Gardens to host this FREE event on 24th September as part of the #BeActive European Week of Sport.

Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention on the present, when you are mindful you are living in the present.  Learning to be Mindful is proven to have many health benefits.  There is no better place to enjoy a Mindfulness walk than in the tranquility of Kew Gardens: stop to smell the flowers, feel the texture of the plants leaves, walk barefoot on the lush lawns – weather permitting! 

Pre-registration to the event is required to gain free entry to the gardens. Please complete the form below and press ‘submit’. The guided walk is open to everyone, you do not need a mental health diagnosis to join in.  It will take approximately 60 mins to complete and is suitable for all fitness levels.  Walkers can enter the Gardens from 10.00am, via Victoria Gate. The Walk will begin at 10.30am.
