Pilates is a low impact exercise suitable for all fitness levels which improves flexibility and mobility, reduces stress, relieves tension and boosts energy. 

All our Peer Led Groups are open to people who consider themselves to experience a mental health problem. If you are interested in participating in any of the groups please come along for a taster session – if it’s not for you then there’s no obligation to keep attending!
