Mental Health Awareness Week – 10-16 May
Next week is Mental Health Awareness Week. The theme is nature so throughout the week we’ll be posting tips across our social media accounts on connecting with the natural world to help manage your mental wellbeing. Our new campaign #CarryTheBurden invites people to carry an item that represents the invisible burden that a mental health difficulty can represent – why not combine the two, and carry a plant or a flower of your choice for 24 hours? We hope to see lots of photos posted during the week.
