Mental Health Awareness Week
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and this year the campaign is focusing on stress. This is an ideal opportunity to think about stress in your life, including in your working life, and how to develop useful skills and strategies to manage it.
RB Mind is helping a growing number of organisations in the borough to manage workplace stress through our Mental Health Awareness programme. This month we are delivering training to staff teams in a range of organisations including a hospital trust, a university, voluntary sector organisations, a CCG, and a private technology company.
We offer training on a one-day or half-day basis to suit your individual or organisational requirements. The training is suitable for anyone involved in public facing roles in either a paid or voluntary capacity, and for staff teams or groups wishing to boost levels of mental health awareness in their workplace.
