Mindful Monday – FREE online yoga
RB Mind is celebrating Mindful Monday, part of the #BeActive Great British Week of Sport by offering a free online yoga class.
We’re delighted to have the support of local yogi, Nina from Yogagrown in delivering this class, a combination of mindfulness and yoga. The class will be gentle and suitable to most levels of fitness.
The online event will take place on Monday, 21 September at 10am. You can sign up here.
If you are unable to make 10am, we encourage you to sign up to receive the link to the class afterwards and practice at a time more convenient to you. An activity sheet will also be made available to guide you through the key poses to support your mental health at home ‑ we encourage you to share this useful resource with anyone you know who may be digitally excluded.
Throughout the pandemic Nina has taught ‘slow down corona yoga,’ helping many people alleviate feelings of isolation and anxiety.
