Mindfulness and Meditation Workshops
We will be running our weekly one-hour online Mind and Body Mindfulness session again this upcoming Monday 10-11am. This workshop is open to everyone. You can also join us on Thursday for our 45-minute Lunchtime Meditation at 12-12.45pm. Both workshops can be booked via our events page on Facebook here.
Meditating has a number of proven mental health benefits. It can help lower levels of stress and anxiety, provide better focus and concentration and also help improve self-awareness. We hope to see you there.
