Would you benefit from some stress relief? Do you need to give yourself some time and attention? Be Mindful will help you learn to be more present in the moment, be more aware of your thoughts and learn to care for your body and mind.

Feeling anxious, depressed, having trouble sleeping, lacking confidence, low self-esteem, come along and join our informal discussion group. An opportunity to share experiences and coping strategies within a safe, friendly, non- judgmental environment.

All our Peer Led Groups are open to people who consider themselves to experience a mental health problem. You do not need to be under the care of the Community Mental Health Team to access these groups. If you are interested in participating in any of the groups please come along for a taster session – if it’s not for you then there’s no obligation to keep attending!
