Back to School – help your pupils find their feet with our new workshops!
It’s a new year and a new start – the perfect time to set up a programme of mental wellbeing workshops for your pupils. RB Mind offers an extensive range of mental wellbeing workshops for both primary and secondary pupils which can be delivered in person or online.
Do you have a new Year 6 who may be nervous about going up to secondary school next year? Perhaps your new Year 7s are still trying to find their feet in a new environment. Our Transition to Secondary School workshop can really help to put their minds at rest and get pupils excited about this significant change in their lives.
We run a range of workshops tackling many of the mental health problems young people experience from exam stress and self-esteem issues to bullying and managing anxiety. For our younger pupils we run a series of two workshops on identifying and understanding their emotions and seeking help for anxiety and depression.
During this pandemic, many young people have felt anxious and stressed and many parents have felt they needed help to support them. We had an unprecedented response to our Parents’ workshops during the summer term and we will be running these again during this term.
