RB Mind Mental Health Awareness programme
Our Mental Health Awareness programme is offered on a one-day or half-day basis to suit your individual or organisational requirements. The training is suitable for anyone involved in public facing roles in either a paid or voluntary capacity, and for staff teams or groups wishing to boost levels of mental health awareness in their workplace. Twining Enterprise is a London-wide charity with the sole mission of improving mental wellbeing through work.
How they help Employers:
- Mental Health First Aid – Twining delivers this nationally recognised training in your workplace to help your teams:
- Spot the early signs of a mental health problem
- Feel confident helping someone
- Provide help on a first aid basis
- Stop a mental illness from getting worse
- Guide someone towards the right support
THREE in 10 is their anti-stigma project. Volunteers with lived experience of mental health problems visit your workplace to hold conversations that challenge stigma about mental health. This is free, structured to meet your individual workplace arrangements and is part of the national Time to Change campaign organised by Mind and Rethink.
How they help individuals
- Richmond Works – the new local service providing employment support for people with mental health needs. Free and available to all adults in Richmond, the easiest way to be referred is through a local GP or the NHS’s Richmond Wellbeing Service.
