Time to Talk Day – Thursday 4 February
Time to Talk Day is taking place on Thursday, 4 February. This is a chance for all of us to talk about our mental wellbeing. Although things are different this year, there are still lots of ways you can get involved. It could be as simple as a quick chat on Zoom; or if you are feeling creative, you could set up a virtual Movie Night with friends and family or an online Quiz with co-workers. Anything which gives you a chance to start a conversation!
If you would like to get involved, you will find all the details and resources to plan your event here.
