Wellbeing Walks – new routes in green spaces for 2022

Join us for a new series of monthly Wellbeing Walks in beautiful green spaces in 2022. Walking offers the physical benefits of exercise while also boosting our wellbeing, helping to ease symptoms related to mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. And walking with others in our Peer Group Network is a great chance to socialise and make friends while tuning into the sights and sounds of nature.
