Following the latest Government advice, from Wednesday 18th March we have stopped all our face to face support services (except for Journey Recovery Hub). This includes one to one counselling, group therapy and activity groups. All our service users have been contacted directly. For further information on specific services go to ‘Our Services’ tab and select a service.
Wellbeing Centre open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 4pm. Activities include: art, relaxation/reiki, recovery workshops, yoga, creative writing and an exercise group.

We know being isolated can be challenging when you struggle with mental health difficulties so we have a few suggestions for things you can do during this period of isolation.
Put the radio on, not only does music help our wellbeing but it helps us feel connected to other people, why not dance around the room? get up and stretch, do some yoga, its important to keep your body moving. Learn a language, bake a cake, do some art, write a diary or call a friend make sure you stay on touch with friends and family.

We have decided to postpone the Health Access All Areas event on March 26th 2020.
Many of the people attending the event have health conditions and may not feel comfortable attending a large event on the day due to risks around the Coronavirus.
We want the event to be a success and we really value your experiences.
Therefore, we have taken the decision to postpone the event and we will reschedule at a time when we can ensure good participation of a wide range of health service users.
We will email you when we do reschedule so you can rebook, if you are still interested. Currently we don’t have a date in mind.
