Seeking help for ourselves can be daunting, particularly for our mental health. Our outreach project ensures no one misses out. It starts with wellbeing – we can regularly be found at venues around the borough where we can easily connect with people who may be in need.
Our specialist support is suitable for all mental health issues including more complex needs and crisis support. If you are feeling overwhelmed with stress, battling with addiction, experiencing social exclusion, domestic violence or any other situation impacting on your mental health and wellbeing we can help.
We particularly welcome individuals from ethnic minority groups, the LGBTQI+ community and those living with addiction or domestic violence.
A warm welcome! Come and have a chat or book a private session. In these sessions we explore the nature of any difficulties being experienced by individuals, or their loved ones, and find the most suitable services for issues being faced which we can signpost or refer you to.
We offer a free wellbeing assessment, the opportunity to book a confidential meeting with a member of our outreach team and up to six, one-to-one consultations. We can work with you to create a support plan and provide advocacy support to ensure that your voice is heard and you are listened to.
Our Peer Crisis Prevention Worker delivers face-to-face crisis support in the community and runs a weekly drop in hub.
Fun runs, cake sales, school mufti days, shopping online – there are so many ways to help raise vital funds. Our fundraisers fly the flag for mental health, helping to break down stigma.
Volunteering is a great way to make use of your skills, give back to your community and gain valuable experience whilst meeting new people and having fun.
If you are in emotional need and looking for a safe confidential space to explore your psychological difficulties, we are here for you. We welcome people with a whole range of issues, including complex needs and severe mental illness.
