Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, a product of Mental Health First Aid England, embeds peer support into an organisation by equipping employees to identify warning signs that a colleague may be experiencing mental distress, step in to support and reassure them using a Mental Health First Aid action plan and signpost to further support.
After completion of the 2-day course, attendees become a certified Mental Health First Aider (with a requirement to refresh training every 2 years) and take away with them a manual, workbook and Line Managers Resource toolkit to consolidate their learning.
We offer the Adult 2-day course face to face (maximum group size of 16) or online (maximum group size of 24), at a cost of £275 per delegate including hard materials from MHFA England (RRP is £300 per delegate excluding hard materials).
We are also able to deliver the Youth 2-day equivalent, as well as half day Mental Health Aware courses developed by MHFA England.
