Taking care of ourselves is so important, we believe that with the right information and tools, we can support better mental health.
To this end we run a range of events and workshops throughout the year. We are also often at fairs and events around the borough, come and have a chat with our friendly team to find out about our work, the support we can offer or to get involved as a fundraiser or volunteer.
Fun runs, cake sales, school mufti days, shopping online – there are so many ways to help raise vital funds. Our fundraisers fly the flag for mental health, helping to break down stigma.
Volunteering is a great way to make use of your skills, give back to your community and gain valuable experience whilst meeting new people and having fun.
If you are in emotional need and looking for a safe confidential space to explore your psychological difficulties, we are here for you. We welcome people with a whole range of issues, including complex needs and severe mental illness.
