As an independent local charity we are solely responsible for raising the funds required to run our services. There are many ideas in this section on how you could support us financially, some won’t even cost you a penny.

Spread the word about our services, campaigns and fundraising events with your friends, family, neighbours, everyone. The more we can do this, the faster we’ll break down the stigma attached to mental health.

Volunteer
Volunteering is a great way to make use of your skills, give back to your community and gain valuable experience whilst meeting new people and having fun.

Counselling
If you are in emotional need and looking for a safe confidential space to explore your psychological difficulties, we are here for you. We welcome people with a whole range of issues, including complex needs and severe mental illness.
