- Mindful Readers
It can be hard to make time to read, or find motivation, even though we know it can be so good for our mental wellbeing!
Reading offers great benefits, such as calming anxiety and helping us focus. Joining a book club can help you keep the motivation to make reading a hobby.
At Mindful Readers we meet monthly to discuss the book we have read and choose the next. A relaxed feel but we encourage you to share your thoughts.
We meet on the first Thursday of every month 1-2pm at Richmond Reference Library, Old Town Hall, Whittaker Ave, Richmond TW9 1TP.
To register please call 07708 845184 or email [email protected]
