You can attend any or all of the groups, which take place on different days and in different locations across the borough. This service is for you if you would like to connect with other people through a range of fun and friendly activity groups.
Our Peer Group Network is made up of activity groups run by, and for, people who have experience of mental ill health. Groups are friendly and social, themed around activities including Walking, Reading, Cooking and Meditation. Our talking based groups offer the chance to voice thoughts and feeling and get support from the group.
Fun runs, cake sales, school mufti days, shopping online – there are so many ways to help raise vital funds. Our fundraisers fly the flag for mental health, helping to break down stigma.
Volunteering is a great way to make use of your skills, give back to your community and gain valuable experience whilst meeting new people and having fun.
