If you are feeling isolated or lonely and would like to connect with other people through a range of fun and friendly activity groups, we are your starting point.
What can I expect?
Our Peer Group Network is made up of activity groups run by, and for, people who have experience of mental ill health. Groups are friendly and social, themed around activities including Walking, Reading, Cooking and Meditation.
How do I access this service?
Our groups are open to everyone over the age of 18 living in Richmond and the surrounding areas.
