Is this service for me?
If you would like to join a group where you can connect with people through therapeutic cooking, the Positive Living Group gives you the opportunity to socialise and enjoy great food with others.
Join us beforehand for some light exercise as we explore how movement and relaxation can help you look after yourself when you feel stressed and worried.
What can I expect?
Our members learn how food impacts on their mental health, and how to source and prepare tasty, nutritious, mood boosting meals. We also help members take steps towards achieving their goals and occasionally go on trips.
The movement and relaxation group is suitable for all abilities, please wear loose comfortable clothing. From breathing exercises to yoga, learn techniques to help you take control of your mental wellbeing whilst you work up an appetite!
