- Become a Peer Group...
Being a peer group leader is a great way to share your hobby or interest with likeminded people, offer support and improve the quality of someone else’s life.
Lived experience of mental health issues is essential. We provide training and ongoing support that will help prepare you to run a group.
What kind of groups can I run?
Groups can be on any subject that would contribute to your wellbeing and the wellbeing of your peers. The focus could be on having fun, sharing your culture, connecting with your community, sharing a skill or learning a new one. Groups can take place anywhere for example a library, community centre or cafe’.
