- Educational Workshops
Navigating the world of mental health and caring can be a confusing and overwhelming experience. We aim to bring some clarity to how we can look after ourselves and our loved one by running regular educational workshops on a variety of topics;
- Navigating the Mental Health Maze – explores the roles and functions of different professionals/teams and shares information about pathways to mental health or alternative support
- Coping with Caring – looks at some key topics to help you as a Carer or parent, including styles of communication and dealing with challenging behaviour
- Planning for the Future – looks at the considerations for planning future care of your loved one and the organisations that are there to help
Details of all our training and workshops are shared in the Carers in Mind newsletter. To sign up to receive our newsletter please email [email protected]
