People with mental health needs and their unpaid carers can access mental health specific training to find out about appropriate apps, managing sensory overload, and explore other digital solutions.

We will be discussing the impact of tech use on the mental health and wellbeing of young and vulnerable people; and seeking to improve awareness of some of the dangers of internet use.
