Welcome to the Art for Wellbeing group at our Wellbeing Centre.

The first group will be on Monday 1st December, 1.15-2.30pm and from January, the sessions are run the same time on 1st and 2nd Monday of the month.

Art can support wellbeing in many ways. It helps to process emotions, improve problem-solving, improve communication with others and build self-esteem.
