Writing can be a great emotional outlet; it allows us to express our thoughts and feelings freely and can stop us from bottling things up. We use a self-reflective process using prompts, poetry, prose and various media to open up new ways of seeing. It is beneficial in deepening communication and connection with themselves, with others, and most importantly with life.  No literary/art skills necessary, all you need is within you!

The group takes place on 3rd and 4th Thursday of each month from 2-3.30pm
