Gather your friends, family and colleagues together to have fun, create memories and make a difference for mental health. From juice to flat whites, poached eggs to pancakes, life’s better with brunch! World Mental Health Day is Friday 10th October 2025, but you could choose any date in October that works for you and your guests.

How to host:Â
Collect money online or one the day and know that every pound you raise will help us be there for more people who need us.Â
There are lots of different ways to raise money at your Big Brunch.
Donations on the door. Ask your guests to donate to join the fun. We suggest £10 to help someone with nowhere else to turn.Â
Organise a raffle. Contact local shops and businesses and ask them to donate prizes. People are often happy to help. Get in touch for an official letter to share with companies if you’d like one.Â
Plan a quiz. Personalising questions will go down a treat alongside a few simple prizes for the winner!
Play some games. How about guessing the number of blueberries in a bowl or the secret ingredient in that smoothie.Â
However you do it, the money you raise will help us be there for the people who need us.Â
