As more basic processes, like booking an appointment, move online it is becoming increasingly difficult to live tech-free. Entering the digital world can be anxiety inducing, and RB Mind is here to help.
This workshop looks at the common worries around ‘going digital’ and shares some practical tools to help you feel safe online.
