- Wellbeing Walks
Walking offers the physical benefits of exercise while boosting our wellbeing, easing symptoms related to mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.
Our monthly Wellbeing Walks, led by Frances (Friendly Parks for All) and our own volunteers, offer a chance to explore Richmond upon Thames while tuning into the sights and sounds of nature. Come along to discover new areas and socialise along the way.
Walks take place on the third Friday of every month at different locations in Twickenham. Please see schedule here.
To register please call 07708 845184 or email [email protected]
