Helping you with all things digital to benefit your mental health. Delivered in collaboration with Richmond and Hillcroft Adult Community College, you’ll be gently guided from getting online to digital wellbeing and creativity to learn how to get the most out of your device, digital assistants and tech in general.
Absolute beginners welcome and take advantage of a try before you buy scheme or borrow a device!
The group takes place every Monday between 9th October and 20th November at 32 Hampton Road. A drop-in session from 10.30-11.30am is there to give you 1-to-1 support and assistance with any tech issues from week to week. Followed by a guided workshop from 11.30am-1pm with a different theme each week.
