The Newsroom Process Group provides a space to explore and debate the issues of the day, while also allowing for a more personal dive into what feelings are brought up for participants individually.
The group will run at 32 Hampton Road on Mondays, 12-1pm – starting February. It is open to existing clients of the Wellbeing Centre and new clients after referral.
Each session will be split into three parts: the first part is a set topic; then there is an open debate about various stories participants have heard; and finally, a good news story at the end.
Fun runs, cake sales, school mufti days, shopping online – there are so many ways to help raise vital funds. Our fundraisers fly the flag for mental health, helping to break down stigma.
Volunteering is a great way to make use of your skills, give back to your community and gain valuable experience whilst meeting new people and having fun.
If you are in emotional need and looking for a safe confidential space to explore your psychological difficulties, we are here for you. We welcome people with a whole range of issues, including complex needs and severe mental illness.
